That’s why we offer 30-Day Risk-Free Returns on our standard stock items.

How It Works

1. Unpack Carefully
   Open the carton carefully and assemble your product as instructed.
   If you think you may want to return the item — whether you assemble it yourself or we assemble on site — please keep all original packaging so it can be collected safely.

2. Try It Out
   If you’re not happy with the quality, simply disassemble it and re-package it securely (or place it back into the saved packaging if we assembled on site).

3. We Collect It
   We’ll arrange collection of the product from you at our expense.

4. Full Refund
   Once the item is returned to stock and inspected, you’ll receive a full refund of your purchase price.

Conditions

• Applies to standard stock items only (not custom or quoted orders).

• Items must be returned in original condition with all parts, packaging and manuals.

• Refund is for the product price; any original delivery fee is not refunded unless covered by our 3-Day Delivery Guarantee.

• Collection is free for returns under this policy.
