Delivery Policy

a)  The Supplier may deliver the goods by instalments or partial shipment and the Customer will accept each such delivery. Requirements of the Customer are not a condition of the essence of the terms and conditions. The Supplier is under no liability for either direct or consequential loss or damage to the Customer arising from delay or postponement in delivery.


Force Majeure

b)  If delivery is prevented or delayed, in part or all, by reason of an act of God, or the consequence thereof including, but not limited to fire, flood, typhoon, earthquakes or by reason of riots, wars, hostilities, government restrictions, trade embargoes, strikes, lockouts, labour disputes boycotting of goods, ship storage, manufacturer's bankruptcy, delays of damage in transportation or other causes beyond the Suppliers control, the Supplier may, at it's option, perform the contract or the unfulfilled portion thereof within a reasonable time from the removal of the cause presenting or delaying performance or rescind unconditionally and without liability, any purchase or order, or the unfulfilled portion thereof.



c)  The Customer must organise parking for the Supplier. If the Supplier is required to pay for parking, in order for your delivery to be possible, the supplier may pass the cost onto the Customer. Similarly, if there is no parking at the delivery address, and the Supplier is forced to park an unfair distance away from the delivery address in order to make the delivery, the customer may be asked to pay an additional fee based on an hourly rate of $100.00 per hour + G.S.T, in addition to the delivery fee.


In Conclusion :

: If we have a stock issue, and can not deliver the entire purchase on the required delivery day, Only Office Furniture will deliver the balance, when it arrives into stock, at no further cost to the customer. The customer will be emailed these stock delays during the order processing stage, in case the entire order is time critical, to give the Customer a chance to cancel the order.

: Deliveries are all done by trucks, that are at least 3.2 metres high. Please consider this when organising parking for your delivery.

: If there is no parking available within a fair distance from your delivery address, please let us know in advance. We may be able to use a different vehicle, that is more suitable for your location, which may avoid any further fees being charged.
