Chair Samples Policy

a) All Chair Samples,

(i) title and ownership remains with Only Office Furniture

(ii) are delivered fully assembled

(iii) are not to be removed from their original delivered location, which must be within our standard delivery zones

(iv) are delivered to business locations only

(v) are delivered at a maximum of 2 chairs at any 1 time.

(vi) are held on site for a maximum of 14 days, unless otherwise organised.

(vii) must be in the same condition upon collection, as they were delivered. The customer will be invoiced for damaged chair samples.

(viii) must be available for collection, on the agreed upon collection date. If chair can not be located, the customer will be invoiced for the chair.
